Hello, for the last coupe of days, I have been facing a particular problem, when I play any episode, it starts off in sync but a after several minutes the audio does not sync, there is an audio delay and is off by a few seconds. If I stop and restart, the sync issue vanishes for a while and then restarts after a few minutes.
I’m using Infuse 5 Pro streaming to my ATV4 from my Synology Nas via Ethernet.
I appreciate any help in the matter, and thank you in advance.

Is this happening with all files, or just a few?
If you have a chance can you send in a report from your device so we can look into what’s going on?
There is an audio sync issue mainly with a few files, but almost all have a little quick stutter which leads to s small audio sync issue. This has happened after the last update. I will send the diagnostic report. Thank you.
I have exactly the same issue. When I’m streaming movie or TV series to Infuse 5 Pro on my ATV4 from Synology DS214Play NAS the audio is out of sync very often. It happens on both - Ethernet and WiFi connection. I have also Mede8er MED1000X3D media player and it plays all videos flawlessly from Synology. That proves it is not a matter of network or Synology NAS. Apple TV is definitely powerful enough from hardware side. That leaves us with Infuse 5 Pro app on ATV. Would you be so kind and verify the issue?
Just to help out, you may want to send in a report from your ATV as James had requested above of the other poster. That may help find a common issue.
That’s already done. I really hope this problem will be fixed soon. I’m willing to help if I can.
