I only recently noticed the behavior, but when I finish watching (or stop watching) something in Infuse that is playing in Multichannel audio, my receiver gets “stuck” in the Multichannel format and doesn’t revert back to the standard “stereo” format. All other apps I have tested (Plex, Apple TV, Netflix) properly revert back to stereo after watching content with Multichannel audio as expected. If the content I watch in Infuse is “Atmos” the receiver recognizes it as such and when I stop playing, the Apple TV/AVR switch back to stereo output so for some reason the issue seems tied to Multichannel audio. I have a Denon 2800h, Sony X90J, and 3rd gen Apple TV 4K and the device is connected using the EARC method. Anyone else see this behavior?
