Audio problem + home screen

Hi all!
I’ve been having some issues with Infuse

  1. Since a couple months ago, when I start playing a file there is no audio for the first couple seconds. Also, when I’m watching tv shows and the next episode comes on: same problem. No audio first couple seconds. It started out if the blue a couple months ago. I figured it’d be fixed with a next update but still nothing…

  2. I don’t know what happened a couple weeks ago?! The infuse app was updated, looked all beautiful with the rows of “recently watched”, “new movies” on the home screen. That lasted all of 5 days… All of a sudden my app went back to the way it was before. I even had to add my favorites again etc. I have the pro app, in-app purchase. My yearly subscription was renewed back in March so it has nothing to do with my renewal.

I absolutely love this app, well… loved. With the audio problem and the disappearing new features, I really hope to get an answer and find a fix! I just hope it’s somehting I’m doing wrong…

I’m guessing you have some sort of AV receiver so you may want to insure you have the audio prefs set to the way Firecore recommends them here. Audio Options (tvOS) – Firecore

As to the loss of the new set up and having to add shares back again that was a problem caused by Apple iCloud as discussed here. Lost all Favorites, Up-Next, etc
