Audio Delay happening across HDR/Dolby vision content

Recently I have been noticing that there is an audio delay in infuse happening on different content I play via google drive or via my emby server.
The issue is , everynow and then I have to adjust the “Audio delay” option under infuse for HDR / Dolby vision content.
sometimes different HDR Content has to be fixed by different “Audio delay” option.
for me two values work- 100ms and 0ms.

Is there any way to auto sync “audio delay” in infuse ? like whenever is video played, infuse auto adjust/sync the “audio delay” with video in infuse ? @James
would be grateful if this issue could be looked at .

also no other app on Apple TV like Netflix, Apple TV plus, YouTube etc has not issue like audio delay.
Why is it present with infuse app only ?
