Audio cut-out | ATV 4k > Samsung 85” 8k > Sonos Arc Ultra

Hoping for some guidance with audio cutout that I’m experiencing frequently, every few minutes for about 10-15 seconds.

  • Dolby Atmos = On

  • Audio Format = Auto, Atmos Available
  • Audio mode = Auto

Samsung

  • HDMI-eARC Mode = Auto
  • Digital Output Audio Format = Pass-through
  • Dolby Atmos = On

My guess is this may have to do with your files. What is your source? They may not be formatted 100% correctly and the passthrough/Sonos doesn’t like it. If you just play with TV speakers do you have issues?
