[atv2] Get livestream from a Mediaserver

Hello fireCore-Team,

 

is it possible to use the atv2 with firecore software as a SetTop Box which is connecting to a Live RTMP Stream?

okay… Ido not think this will work ´cause of the RTMP protokoll.

But maybe with another one: HTML Stream which can be see with an iPad. To see the stream it must be possible to call the stream from an URL for example:

 

 

http://[wowzamediaserver]:1935/live/[stream-name]/playlist.m3u8
Any ideas?

I don't think this is currently supported, but I'll pass along the idea and maybe it can be added in a future version.
