aTV Flash & Mountain Lion

I tried to open the lasted version of aTV Flash for 1st Generation of Apple TV after upgrading to Mountain Lion.  The computer is saying there’s something wrong with the file.  Is there possibly an incompatibility?

I’m having the same problem…

I am also receiving an error saying the file is damaged and should be trashed

I got the same problem. It’s the new “Gatekeeper” feature of Mountain Lion. Look inside System Preferences, in the Security&Privacy page, insure that the entry “Anywhere” is selected under “Allows applications downloaded from:”. At least, this worked for me.

An updated version of aTV Flash is in the works and will be available soon.

Had a similar problem despite allowing programs in preferences.  In the end I used the windows version in Fusion with Windows XP.  Worked a charm.

aTV Flash version 4.5 (with Mountain Lion support) was released today!

I tried to install the latest 4.5 on a flash drive and the install failed, saying unable to switch to Apple TV mode.

I tried to use Mountain Lion to install the latest 4.5 on a flash drive and the install failed, saying unable to switch to Apple TV mode. 2nd try worked.
