I was willing to buy an apple tv but 1 of my major concern is that can i use it to network my external hd’s attached to it…
I just need the basic networking that is to access(R/W) the external hd’s attached to atv which i can then access through my multiple systems…
Also adding i have a mixed mac/pc environment so would this be ann issue and i’m thinking of attaching a 1tb, a 2tb and a 320gb external hd’s simultaneously all externally powered via the usb powered hub into my atv…
Also if this setup works would i be getting decent R/W speeds while accessing through wifi…
So if there could be any issues with my setup please advise…
The actual thing is that i want to buy an apple tv over the airport extreme base station as this seems to be more of a bang for buck kind off thing and use it to its potential…
