ATV 2G periodically freezes after Jailbreak during operation

ATV running the latest 4.3 upgrade.

After the jailbreak all seems to work fine. However I noticed when scrolling through the menus the ATV will freeze for a sec every 15-20 sec. That behaviour is also noticeable when watching movies (from my itkunes library aswell as plex).

I factory reset the ATV and all works great.

Any Idea?

Which tool was used for the jailbreak?

I resolved the issue:

When using Pwnagetool 4.3.3 to jailbreak the ATV 2G it freezes periodically.

I now used Seas0nPass to jailbreak and all works great.

It appears that there is an issue with NitoTV on the the Device.
