All 9.100 threads are being directed here where it says it is fixed when clearly it is not.
There may be similar issues today as there is A LOT of traffic due to new jailbreaks available for all devices including iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.
I noticed this error in my log file
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/apt/lists/lock - open (35: Resource temporarily unavailable)
I was able to get past past the error by essentially doing this

Still can’t connect. You guys should really implement a timeout feature that can bypass the downloading of some of these files for now so we can get up and running.

Same here! I Still get error 9.100!
I too am having this problem. Tried everything I could find (except to rerun Season Pass) and still getting the 9.100 error.
Each component is required for it to install so skipping ones it cannot install is useless.
For those still receiving errors you need to post your FC_Installer log file.

Just got mine to install. Was looking to post my FC Installer log and noticed I was on version 1.5, not 1.5.1. Once I updated to 1.5.1 and installed, all was successful!!
The Airplay Trick did it for me

Jailbroke an ATV2 with the newest Seas0npass and then attempted to install atvFlash Black. Have been trying everything I can think of and pretty much all the suggestions i have read about through other posts and continue to get Error 9.100. Using a Mac and atvFlash Black will not install. I’ve given up at this point and went on to manually install XBMC. Any suggestions to install what I paid for would be greatly appreciated.
Trying a second Apple TV and still keep getting the 9.100 error…and still no response from customer support. About to spend more time jailbreaking and trying ATV Flash Black again. If it doesn’t work, i’ll be sure to stay away from the next ATV Flash Black, especially with the lack of responses/support.
I have seen posts in the past that suggest if you start playing something via AirPlay and then try the install it often works for some reason.
I have also seen instructions for manually installing ATV Flash (black) via a SSH session, but I cannot lay my hands on the reference at the moment.

Could not install Maintenance through the onscreen prompt.
Ended up re-jailbreaking the entire AppleTV2 using latest Seasonpass, tried to reinstall aTV Flash (Black) with the latest version but now it’s failed with Error 9.100.
Trying playing something through Airplay from the iPad to the Apple TV but again no luck. Also Airplaying through the computer to the Apple TV. Still same error while trying to install.
So much for this software :( It was great while it lasted.
I didn’t have Plex or XMBC installed.
UPDATE: I ran the installer from the aTV Flash (black) disc image, rather than the version that was copied to the the computer. Now it worked! 8)
