Don’t know where to write about such issues. My file is simply Ashes to Ashes S01E01.avi etc files are in folder “Ashes To Ashes Season 1”
Th show is present in the tvdb library but Infuse is unable to fetch info 
Tvdb is currently down, so newly added shows will not currently be updated. You can click on the status at the bottom of the page to check if the site is still down.
