Apple TV WebDAV credentials showing up as incorrect despite being correct

Every time I try to enter the WebDAV for my TorBox account on Infuse on Apple TV it tells me my credentials are wrong. I know they are correct because it works in my web browser and on my Mac Infuse app. Any tips to fix this?

No solution, but commiseration. I too am getting the same error although in my case it’s just your run of the mill connection via SMB that’s failing with the same error

I was hoping for a breezy experience setting up Infuse in my home. But it seems from the multitude of threads here that Apple TVs have some secret special sauce that often leaves people having to significantly alter their networking configurations to make it work.

While I can connect an iPad, iPhones, a Mac Studio and a MacBook Pro via SMB (some over Ethernet some over WiFi) my Apple TV 4K continues to throw this accursed error. The iCloud sync ensures the connection to the server (a Mac mini) is the same everywhere. Which worked the treat … until it didn’t on the Apple TV.

Best of luck. There are a few threads here about setting up reserved IP and other config changes that seem to have helped a few others. I’ll be trying those out next weekend.
