I’ve designed a new user interface for the Apple TV, incorporating Apples new Liquid Glass design system.
I’m also attempting to develop a new navigation system.
However, it’s still in progress, and some features, such as TV shows, player controls, and submenus, are missing.
I just wanted to quickly share a few thoughts on the design.
First and foremost, it was important to me that the design comes as close as possible to Apple’s Liquid Glass aesthetic.
Another key aspect was the idea of a central navigation system—something that should be accessible from any view. I opted for a top navigation bar that can be customized to suit individual needs.
Additionally, I feel that the current navigation within the TV shows section could be improved—it doesn’t seem ideal at the moment.
These are just suggestions but I hope they spark some interest.
I’ll continue working on the design and look forward to your input.
Man, I absolutely love this! The current design is beginning to feel outdated, and will definitely be once liquid glass is in full launch. I’ve felt that Infuse should look to Apple TV’s storefront and take more guidance so that it feels vibrant and cutting-edge.
I hope this implement most, if not all, of these elements. Great work man!
Thanks a bunch for all the great feedback! After some careful thinking, I’ve found a few areas where I can improve the user experience, like the font size and how it shows episodes. I’m currently working on these things and I’ll share more updates soon!
