Today’s 8.1.3 update has a number of improvements for Dolby Atmos and HomePods audio.
In our testing we are seeing identical behavior when playing files in Infuse and Apple’s own apps when Enhanced Dialogue and Reduce Loud Sounds are enabled/disabled.
