Can we jailbreak the apple tv 3 ??

No.
There is no jailbreak currently available for the ATV3. When you consider how long it has been out without a jailbreak appearing this must mean it is a distinct possibility there will never be a jailbreak.
I think that the last chance might be when 5.4 firmware comes out based on iOS 7 as that may spur the jailbreaking community into having another go.
