I have an apple tv on 5.0 and i want to jailbreak it on 5.2. Is there any possible way i can get the shsh blobs for 5.2 or get the firmware to 5.2 then get the shsh blobs? PLEASE HELP

There is no way to get the blobs for another release unless Apple is still signing that release or it is the release you already have on the ATV2.
You will not be able to update until a jailbreak is released for the latest firmware.
