Any Idea When SeasOnPass won't require tethering for ATV2 IOS 5 ?

I don’t have a notebook or portable computer, and i really like aTV Flash (just outstanding), does anyone have an idea when SeasOnPass will come out with a non-tethering version for ATV2 for IOS 5?
