ANGRY WITH THE LAST SEAS0NPASS VERSION !!!

Hello, I AM REALLY ANGRY WHY THEY PROVIDE THE DAMN SEASONPASS FOR JAILBREAK APPLE TV WHEN REALLY SEASONPASS PROGRAM DONT DETECT ORIGINAL IOS VERSION IS INSTALLED ON THE DAMN DEVICE.

SO MY PROBLEM IS MY APPLE TV 2 HAVED 5.2 WITHOUT JAILBREAKED BEFORE THEN I CLICK ON CREATE ISPW AND THEY DO EVRYTHING AND I CHECK OUT THE FUCKING SEASONPASS INSTALLED ME THE 5.2.1 WHEN MY DEVICE HAVED 5.2 HOW THIS FUCKING SHIT HAPPENED? WHEN THIS FUCKING VERSION IS NOT UNTETHERED TOO SO WHY DONT MADE A DAMN SMART PROGRAM FOR DETECT THE DAMN IOS DEVICE FOR BE JB!

So, you’re angry and cursing at people who made seasonpass absolutely free because you wanted an untethered JB 5.2 on a virgin Apple TV2 and seasonpass installed 5.2.1 tethered JB AFTER Apple have stop signing 5.2 three weeks ago?

i suggest you read read read read read read   it’s very clear that if u use the latest seasonpass is for 5.2.1  tethered

and if you are smart enough to read you could saved 5.2 using snow instead and keep ypur tethered version .

besides they owe you nothing   you owe them  and if you dont like it  invent your own software

LOL

Invent software?

Prepared to share too…

Please CAPS off buddy, its just not your problem but Apple did something smart to make increase their worthless Apple TV3.

Give some time and Dev will come out with good solution. In mean time do some something else and check this forum after month or two for your solution.

Seasons pass may be helpfull at certain times @ at certain condition. Did you happen to right  click " restore latest version in itunes"?

I was at 5.2.1 before but now i was back at 5.2 using Ifaith & the cydia 5.2 blobs.

THANKS EVRYONE FOR THE REPLY, I SAID WHY SEASONPASS DONT MAKE A LIST OF VERSION FOR EACH IOS VERSION BECAUSE I MAKE A MISTAKE FOR DOWNLOAD THE LAST SEASONPASS FOR JB 5.2 WHEN THAT DAMN PROGRAM UPDATED TO 5.2.1 BECAUSE I DIDNT READ THIS LITTLE LINES

Older Apple TV versions can be used with saved firmware signatures.

SO I SUGGEST LIKE james POST ON THIS LINK http://forum.firecore.com/topic/3418 AND ADD A SEASONPASS VERSION ON EACH IOS DEVICE FOR KNOW TO JB OF THIS VERSION!

You are not alone waiting but everyone in this forum are waiting

let me get this right, you are mad because you fail to read before you tried to do something, right? what a joke you are

The latest version of Seas0nPass can be used to install older Apple TV versions only if you have saved firmware signatures, as described in the guide. Unfortunately there’s no magic way to go back to a version Apple has stopped signing without these saved signatures.

ay nene… cojelo con calma mi hijo  hehe,  wait for the untethered version and next time check the status of sea0npass before start jailbreaking :stuck_out_tongue:

Is this post serious? Someone complaining of a free software? Someone who didn’t use the forum to read but he is using it to curse and whine like a baby. Please admins, do us a favor and ban this user.

correct Robby :frowning: i am really mad that dont have to happens to me

if i haved the firmware saved in my pc that wont fix the issues because they auto download the new version and when go to itunes they auto eelect the file (5.2.1) and that why i am mad because didnt gived me a time for hold it to SHIFT+SELECT FILE but nevermind thanks for your help support.

mierda Anuar solo tengo un maldito pike tengo 2 apple tv con el mismo maldito problemaa agrrrrr

That’s not how seasonpass work. if your ATV2 was on 5.2 fw unjailbroken, the only way i heard was by using iFaith to extract the blob, and then perhaps you can create a pre-signed ipsw to flash your ATV2. Personally i’ve never tried this so can’t confirm it will work.

However, if you were using seasonpass to jailbreak 5.2 after Apple has stopped signing that version, it just won’t work. Using seasonpass to JB an older firmware version that’s no longer being signed will require you to have backup that firmware by using ATV Flash Black. Also the firmware is saved on some remote server, not on your pc.

let hope they made the jb for 5.2.1 that all we have for now… and add to seasonpass to save shsh blobs automatic for dont get a mistake like many peoples get failed.

It would be a good idea for seasonpass to at least give a warning/reminder to save blobs before continuing any further with jailbreak.

When I first heard about jailbreaking my ATV2 I just googled “jailbreak ATV2” and followed instructions on how to do it and what software to use. Even though I was successful, there was no mention of blobs, let alone a mention of saving them.

I know I should have read as much as I could before continuing, but one can only read so much before getting on with it.

the problem with you guys is that you want everyone to “spoon feed you” if it says tethered/untethered find out what it is before proceeding plain and simple.

it’s a free product they are offering to you if you want to be cautious pay someone to do it.

Robby, the problem is seasonpass pretty much does “spoon feed” the process of jailbreaking. It’s so easy that non-computer types can and will do it without knowing that they “should” save those blobs. All I really asked for was a gentle nudge in mentioning that the safe way to go is to save blobs first.

My statement didn’t mention tethered/untethered at all, so that’s a non-point.

Free has nothing to do with caution. The problem is people aren’t cautious, and that’s where they get into trouble, a simple one line of text in the program could be all it takes to remind people that the safe route would be to save blobs first.

I’m not disgusted at all with seasonpass, I have no hatred, nor am I in the least bit irked at them for not putting in that one line of text. It was just a suggestion, pure and simple, to make it a little bit better and/or safer. I don’t agree at all with the way u2pop presented this thread, I just posted originally to address his one concern of “and add to seasonpass to save shsh blobs automatic…” Automatic saving would be more than what I would ask of them, but a reminder wouldn’t.
