Recently, I experienced this issue. Cannot watch anything. I tried on both Apple TV and iPad and experienced the same. I stored the files on google drive. Any suggestion

There’s a fair chance your Google Drive account may be in a limited state. This can happen from time to time if Google senses you are accessing too many videos in a short period of time.
This will usually resolve itself within a few hours, and you can reach out to Google to get more info.
