Apple TV 4k + external hard drive both connected to router. Infuse can see the files and adds them to the library with all of the content. BUT when I click play this error occurs with every movie, “An error occurred loading this content.” Any suggestions? I am new to Infuse, and have never had a movie file play yet. I have Infuse 6 Pro. All movie files are m4v files and when played outside of the infuse apps (iOS and aTV apps) in iOS or macOS from the external HD they play fine. Some kind of issue with Infuse. Thanks for your help
i have the same problem with windows 10 after i updated i got the same message “An error occurred loading this content.”.
