Allow playing files with `crdownload` extension

I want files that are being downloaded playable in Infuse. These unfinished downloads can be opened in Infuse when crdownload extension is removed. But when they are downloading, opening in Infuse gives An error occurred loading this content. Sorry, this type of content is not supported yet. error.

Other players, like IINA and VLC, do not have this issue.

What app is assigning that as a file type?

This is added when file is being downloaded in Chrome or chromium-based browsers.
