AirPods: skip either by time intervals or chapters?

Is there a setting that allows you to skip either by time intervals or chapters when double/triple-pressing your AirPods? I know this feature exists on Apple TV, but I haven’t seen it on Mac.

I don’t know about using AirPods but there’s a hot key set for both.

Thanks, but I’m talking specifically about the AirPods. It is not possible to set them to always skip by time interval for example?
