I have used Remote HD to get airplay to work on my ATV1 and it usually works fine.
Yesterday I downloaded one of apple’s 12 days of christmas freebees on my ipad and when I try to play this on the ATV, the atv gives me the message that its is not authorized to play this material. The ATV is logged in under the same apple id as that used to make the download on the ipad, but doesn’t see itself as authorized in spite of the fact that I have made purchases from itunes via the ATV whilst logged in under this ID.
Any tricks to get the ATV to authorize itself?
