Age restriction using Jellyfin tags

Hi community, so I’m using a Jellyfin setup with Infuse as player. I had configured a user for my daughter with some age restriction policies in place (on the server, not inside Infuse). Mainly the restrictions are that she can’t see or stream any content recommended for kids older than 12 and additionally, the movies or shows must be equipped with a specific tag, which I named “ok4kids”.
Logging in with her user on the Jellyfin web frontend will exactly result in this behavior.
When using Infuse, however, only the age restriction policy is being respected, but not the additional restrictions using tags. She is able to see all movies up to the recommended age “12”, but this includes the movies with no tags as well. So on the Jellyfin web fronted, right now, she can watch only four movies and via Infuse a couple of dozens. Is this expected behavior? Is Infuse somehow ignoring or bypassing this setting?

Thanks in advance!

This is not available at this time so I am moving this to suggestions for now.

So it turned out to be just a caching issue. The unwanted movies (the ones without the tag) were visible but couldn’t be played, fortunately. I went to the settings and pressed the “clear metadata” button, this forced Infuse to re-fetch the content from the Jellyfin server and only the movies with the corresponding tags were retrieved. So actually, it worked just as intended, even though it would be slightly better to proactively check for the tags during library update and make this work around unnecessary. Other than that all good now and my child protection measures work.
