After upgrading Jellyfin to 10.11.1 InfuseSync doesn't install

Hi guys,

I recently had a Jellyfin upgrade fail so I took it as an opportunity to rebuild and clean up my library, but I’m finding that despite connecting multiple devices the InfuseSync plugin isn’t being installed, and even adding the repo the plugin isn’t appearing under ‘available’. I noticed the same happening with a couple of other repos but somehow they were able to load their plugins after some time. I’ve even tried temporarily disabling my NAS firewall but it hasn’t remedied the situation.

Obviously this is a Jellyfin issue, but I’m hoping someone here has experienced the same problem and has found a solution they might be willing to share.

Here’s my versions:

  • Jellyfin v10.11.1
  • Synology DSM 7.2.2 (update 4)
  • Infuse 8.3

Jellyfin was installed from the SynoCommunity package repository.

Thanks in advance :slightly_smiling_face:

Typical. A few minutes after I post the plugin appears under ‘available’ :joy:

Hi guys,

Despite InfuseSync being installed, it appears that updates are involving a complete refresh of the metadata each time, as opposed to just importing the changes. Any idea how I should proceed?

If you need it, my macOS diagnostic code is G1DNY.
