After the Boot Screen, aTV stops

Hi guys,

 

the problem is as simple as that.

 

When I try to activate my aTV, I’ll get the apple bootscreen, than the hdmi videosignal break up and usually afterwards I’ll get to the regular navigation menu.

 

But now I get nothing after the apple bootscreen.

 

I tried menu+down, menu+play…, cut it off for several minutes, but the error remains.

 

I used the Beta6 - 0.6.21.2242

 

Does anyone know, what to do?

I have the same problem.  I was trying to watch a 720p MKV file but the audio wasn’t working.  I changed the Enable settings for AC3 and DTS and then Media Player crashed and now when the AppleTV reboots, I just get a black screen.  It doesn’t go to the menu any longer.
