After Infuse is linked to the Plex server, actor-related information cannot be displayed. The file naming and info have been scraped by tmm. Have you encountered related problems?

I just noticed this error as well. I can see the actors and crew information below, but when I click on an actor, it opens an error page. I’m wondering if something is being blocked at the router or if it’s an issue with Infuse. I don’t have any issues looking at actor data on Plex (same device/network).

Same here. It worked fine before. Nothing has changed on my side setup-wise. Now cast pages display an error when using Infuse on any device. No problem on Plex directly. Problem has to come from some change behind the scene at Plex or in the last Infuse updates directly.
I am experiencing the same issue. This happens on both tvos and ios versions on infuse. Previously i was able to click an actors picture and it would show other videos i had with them in it. Now i get a page that says an error occurred and the operation couldn’t be completed. Infuse 8.1.2 (5120)

We’ve discovered a few cases where cast and crew can be missing when Infuse is linked to a Plex server and we are working to resolve this issue.

having the same problem but also seems I can no longer get subtitles not sure whats going on

I’m having the same problem on both :
- Infuse Pro 8.1.3 (5147) on iPadOS 18.4
- Infuse Pro 8.1.2 (5120) on iOS 18.4
Great to hear it’s being worked on. Any timeline for a fix/update?
Most of our “what do we watch next” is based on actors that we watched previously. We click through actors’ filmographies to find something to watch next. Like a weird version of 6-degrees from Kevin Bacon.
Looks like it’s going to be released soon.

Today’s 8.1.4 update should resolve the remaining issues with Plex cast and crew lists.
