Adjusting the top row of icons?

After using parental controls to remove a number of the apps I dont use I am wondering if it is possible to move some of my other apps up into the top positions. I would love to get Netflix, XBMC, and HBO GO to the top as those are the ones I use the most. I have played around with the com.apple.frontrom.plist but I can't seem to figure it out.

Press and hold the center button on the remote not the play button but the center button, it will start to wobble and you can now move them to where you like!

Thanks Leeroy, though I dont think this will let me move a wobbly icone to the topmost row (the one with settings on it).
