Adding Mirroring and Hulu: can I jailbreak afterwards???

I see that apple has adding mirroring to the mac and hulu to ATV2.  I would like to have both of those feature, but want to keep firecore going.  Can I update ATV2 and then rejailbreak it or do I need to wait for a jailbreak update?

Update to latest os and jailbrek if you are not on the latest os.
