A longtime user finally getting around to tidying up folders, I’m looking for a way to add movies or shows that don’t show up when Infuse ‘indexes’ a folder. It’s not that they show as blank (requiring a metadata edit) but they don’t show up at all.
Is there a way to manually add old/unrecognised media. I have a lot of things recorded over the years that are not visible through Infuse but I’d like to include.

Are they showing up in the “Other” category in the Library?
Are they by chance being given an incorrect identity?
Usually, if you correct the names Infuse will correct the metadata and allow you to update it.
Ah thank you. The Other folder: I hadn’t even thought to look. Yes, that’s where they seem to be ending up. Many thanks.I suppose for obscure media, it’s better to default to embedded metadata, where available, or to add your own. But I’m sure I’ll figure it out now that you’ve pointed out what should have been obvious! Thanks again.
