Add H.264 Hi10P hardware decoding support on macOS

Macs have supported hardware decoding of H.264 Hi10P videos since M1 (also H.264 Hi422P).
But it seems Infuse is still using software decoding for H.264 Hi10P videos on AppleSilicon Macs. I am using a M4 Pro MBP14 with macOS 26.1 and Infuse 8.3.1.

Log shows HW: NO and also CPU usage is higher than playing similar videos but are H.265 Main 10 encoded.

Through for AppleSilicon Macs software decoding those videos is not a heavy task, but I hope we can make most use of hardware for better battery life.
