The new(ish) activity check is really annoying me.
If it’s OFF the app quits after a set time.
If it’s ON the app nags after a set time.
I don’t want it nagging me or quitting on me at all. If I want to let videos play for several hours without giving the app any input I should be able to do it.
Why was this annoying ‘feature’ brought in, and can it be disabled?
With it off how long until it turns off? Is it quitting while playing a video or is it closing with Infuse on a preplayback screen after playing a video for a while?
Edit to add: Is is possible that your TV has an inactivity/sleep timer that got turned on?
I’m not sure how long it waits. A couple of hours I think.
The app quits completely back to the Apple TV home screen.
The TV doesn’t have a sleep timer.
