Wouldn’t it be much easier for the users if Infuse would fill mp4 and mkv files with the metadata? That would solve the problem afaik. Even for each individual film by confirmation or you give the general confirmation. If you then manually correct some movies, the new entry is stored again in the archive. Infuse doesn’t have to touch the video or audio file for that. They’re archives 99% of the time and information can be stored there. Same goes for subtitles, covers and metadata. That would be great!
