Hi,
The local transfer speed is great but corrupts all my files locally on my ipad. I got stuttering and it jumps for example from 1:05 to 3:45 all the rest in between is corrupted.
Playback from same file on nas, no issue..
Hmm, does the same thing happen if you try to redownload the same file?
Would you mind sending in an email from your device, and mention which file it is you are having trouble with so we can take a deeper look?
I also am having corrupted files when downloading to iphone. Even with the new iOS update today, it still happens.

Have you done as James had suggested in the post just above yours? You may want to start a new thread since this one originally wasn’t about file corruption and also it’s been flagged as solved. You might get better responses in a new thread.
We’ve tracked down what was happening in a few cases, and released a fix as part of 5.9.5 which is now available on the App Store.
