I’m using Infuse on my iPad with AirPods. When I take my AirPods out, playback pauses automatically, which is the behaviour I want.
However, when I put them back in and press the AirPods stem to resume playback, the video starts playing immediately but there’s no audio for around 5–10 seconds. Sound then returns, but I’ve missed that portion of the dialogue.
This happens frequently. I’m not sure whether the AirPods are reconnecting or whether Infuse is taking time to resume audio.
Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a fix or workaround that preserves automatic pausing when I remove my AirPods?
My infuse app is up to date and I am using an m1 iPad Pro. Jellyfin and Plex connections share this behaviour. iPad is connected via hdmi
