4K HEVC file not playing, not showing correct resolution on info screen

When I try to play this file, I get:

“An error occurred loading this content”

I am unable to refresh either, without getting a similar message. Also, on the info screen, the resolution is showing as 1080p.

Now, when I play the same file in Plex, it plays fine and the correct resolution is displayed. I’m on the latest versions of both Infuse and tvOS.

Happy to send you a sample.

Do you have multiple versions of this title by chance?

If so, the upcoming 5.7.4 update will add support for selecting which version (4K, 1080p, etc…) to play which may resolve what’s going on here.
