24fps movie, frame jump with tvOS 11.3

Hi there,

I’m really happy to have my 24fps movie treated well with the new tvOS 11.3 on my AppleTV 4 (not 4K), handling natively this frame rate. Nevertheless, it seems that there is some kind of frame jump ou missing frame happening some time. Am I the only the one noticing this (not so) annoying issue? It doesn’t seem to happen every seconds, but just some time, like if the movie was adjusting.

I’ve noticed this on Paddington bear 2 which is a 24fps movie, there was an occasional skipped frame.

Match Framerate not working proplery

So I decided to get the new ATV after all. However, I noticed that match framerate does not work properly for all content types. The problems I encountered are: -video with 24.000 fps gets outputted as 23.976 -video with 60.000 fps get outputted as 59.94 Both result in stutter. I tested it with latest infuse as well as MrMC, both having the same problem. So is this because Apple forgot to implement the framerates 24.000 and 60.000 or is this something you can fix?
