It plays smoothly on ios devices, but it is striped on Apple TV and can’t be watched at all.
Did you post the actual video, or a video you took of it playing back on your AppleTV?
Because this is how it plays back on my iPhone:

This is similar to another existing report we have on our radar to look into.
FWIW, this only applies to a few (seemingly rare) files which are encoded as 12-bit.
